Military Surplus Auction
Government Liquidations (GL) is the DLA Disposition Services contractor for the sale of United States Department of Defense (DOD) surplus and scrap assets. GL operates an innovative and robust online sales channel that enables surplus buyers to purchase available government assets in a comfortable and open environment. GL uses superior logistics, technology, marketing and service capabilities to assemble and promote available properties at the convenience of its customers. With over 500 different merchandise categories and thousands of surplus items added weekly to our inventory.

GL: When an item is considered an excess asset, DOD filters it to GL. Hundreds of items are added to our inventory every week. Assets are segregated by commodity, included in events, and available for purchase through online auctions and/or closed bid sales.
GL: Registration is a one-time obligation that is a prerequisite for your bidding at an event. This property is available to all qualified buyers as individuals or businesses. Restrictions apply to everyone from an embargoed country. Just click the "Register" button on the top right corner of our website (www.govlikuidation.com). The process is free and easy.
If the property is classified as Demil B or K, you must complete an End Use Certificate (EUC) which requires approval from the Department of Trade Safety Control. EUC is required every time this type of property is purchased. Our medical and dental devices require one-time FDA certification. (Properties requiring this form will be flagged and easily identified.)
GL: Properties are sorted by commodity and sold through online auctions in "similar" sales. Some categories are scheduled monthly, while others are scheduled weekly. There is a calendar on our website showing every sales event. Can be sorted by category or closing time. Each event and party will have an opening time, closing time and location. We have warehouses on military bases across the US and two national warehouses in Columbus, OH and Oklahoma City, okay.

GL: We offer assets in over 500 commodity categories ranging from off-road equipment to generators, vehicle components and parts, fuel brass, electronics and more. Goods are sold per lot. Quantity varies depending on what is received from DOD. Each lot will include a quantity and have an item manifest. The initial bid per lot is $25.
GL: Yes – all sales have a review date and time. You must make an appointment. Since all items are sold "as is", we encourage you to take a look at the lots you are interested in.
GL: GL does not deliver. There are two options - collect the winning lots yourself or you can arrange for a third party to collect lots on your behalf. For your convenience, GL has provided a list of local and national shippers under the "Shipping Details" tab. All lots include dimensions and weight so you can easily get a delivery estimate. The write-off period is specified on your package and invoice. Each planting has its own rules and procedures. Each batch has a "View and Load" tab that describes the requirements for each.
GL: Our inventory is sold in lots and generally in large quantities. GL: Yes! Men started their own businesses with military excess – a builder turned railroad cars into bridges and a student started a bus service for designated drivers. Others have taken the excess and turned it into works of art, such as one man who bought many oak bunk beds and turned them into a beautiful staircase.
